In today's edition of #2020Vision challenge video, we will take a look in a kind of mental awareness... :) Usually, before going to sleep, I've got some ideas about what to do next day... And usually, those ideas are connected with content creation...

Yesterday, I've got some great ideas, and I was pumped-up how will create a great vlog from it and shared with you guys! And, I forgot to write it down immediately... In the morning, the idea was gone and I can't remember what it was about... lol...

So, to keep your brain more relaxed, help him and write down as much as you can... He (your brain) will thank you because he can take care of other things... :)
