However, the dark side is that every cooking causes you to become different - sometimes bizarre - ingredients in small amounts. Effect ... from time to time opening the fridge I feel like an archaeologist sealing an undiscovered tomb with so many strange treasures you know?

In addition, I made such a strange home that I do not like to throw away and waste food, so once in a while I do purges. I present to you today the idea of ​​a quick and tasty "fried clean pasta" that I use for this purpose. Due to the fact that you can let go with fantasy, I have divided the recipe into "base" and add-ons that you can add at your discretion. I typed what I added to the version shown in the photos. In fact, you can add all kinds of vegetables, tofu fish, meat you just have at hand, and what more courageous can even fruit - experiment and share effects

Components:
Base
1/3 pack of soybean pasta
4 cloves of garlic
2 chili peppers
5cm ginger
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
Lemon juice 1/2
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 eggs
2-3 tablespoons of oil

Add-ons (in my case)
1/2 cucumber
2 breasts of chicken (single)
1/2 red pepper
Vegetables for sprinkling (coriander, chives, parsley)

Recipe:

  1. Soy noodles are prepared according to instructions on the package
  2. Garlic, ginger and chilli finely chop
  3. Sauces, lemon juice and sugar mixed in a bowl
  4. Place the eggs in a bowl, fry the omelette with a small amount of oil and then cut into strips 1x3cm and set aside for later.
  5. Cut vegetables into cubes 1cm
  6. Meat or tofu cut into cubes 1cm. Tofu can be roasted or roasted before using this recipe.
  7. In a frying pan or wok, heat the oil and fry the garlic, chili and ginger for 1 minute.
  8. Add meat (my chicken) and fry for 3 minutes
  9. Add vegetables and fry for 3 minutes
  10. Add the pasta and fry for 3 minutes
  11. Add the mixed sauces, omelette and fry for 2 minutes
  12. Sprinkle vegetables and feed
