             day of love requires a companion,
          But I find myself at this time all alone.
       Words of sweet affection fill the morning
      Like bells outside the windows of my room.

 I don’t know why I don’t have someone with me.

I’ve loved and been loved through the restless years.
The mysteries of love I hold within me
Are a darkness unrelieved by moon and stars.

         And yet I feel more love than I have ever
                 Felt within the circle of a kiss.
          Love need not be a passion or a fever,
           Nor does it need a hand for its caress.

           Love does not require a companion.
           It doesn’t need an object or a home.
          It flies above the ecstasy of morning
          And fills the universe inside my room.

              If ever two were one, then surely we.
        If ever man were love’d by wife, then thee;
              If ever wife was happy in a man,
         Compare with me ye women you can

   I prize thy love more than whole mines of Gold.
         Or all the riches that the East doth hold.
       My love is such that rivers cannot quench,
  Nor ought but love from thee, give recompense.

           Thy love is such I can no way repay,
      The heavens reward thee manifold repay,
     Then while we live, in love let’s so persevere
     That when we live no more, we may live ever.

         But true friend gives you happiness

           But true friend will slog your face

Thousands friends come when you’re happy
But only one true friend comes when you cry

Friend comes when he needs you
But true friend comes when you need him

Friend leaves when everybody does
But true friend comes when everybody leaves

Friend comes and leaves
But true friend is yours forever

You’re the reason I get up to face each hectic day
How did our lives get so consumed with nonsense on the way

We used to take the time to laugh and play a game or two
But now it seems we fight a lot and cry way too much too

So when you go to sleep at night I’ll slip in by your side
I’ll hold you close and squeeze you tight and feel amazing pride

You’re the one that I love best, it’s very clear to see
With every day I know I’m blessed that you’re a part of me

Now let’s just try to slow it down and savor all that’s past
For that’s what molds our future, and life moves way too fast

My heart is bound to you.
My dreams have all come true.
My body feels as if it has begun anew.
