Adventure in the wild: Of how we made our own hut using primitive technology

So we are 4 guys from Argentina, and with my mates we got hyped while watching the primi guy:

Blessed be his name, and always gather to watch them, i own a small field in a province call Cordoba which is fairly low hills, rivers and forest, but quite arid also. We reach there and we realised a couple of things, first of all we were on one perfect side of the river but it has absolutely no trees, so no wood, the "arid part", and the soil was just sand and rocks. And on the other side just a mesh of dense forest with wood as far as you can see..so yeah...

First we lay the tents, what's common about cordoba its that blueberries bushes are a plague and even though they are severe obstacules because they have thorn even harder than roses and they grow everywhere, they give the most sweet and delicious berries you have ever taste.

Then we went to the river bank and swam across, we needed wood and quickly, but if we carryed the wood on the river it wolud have wet, so we made a raft (sadly i dont have pictures of it because we tied it but that night was one of the biggest storms i have ever seen and it got carried away by the river. Funny stuff, it was the only day that rain until 5 days later we made another raft and we tied it even better but again that night rained as the other... so yeah clearly the gods didnt want us to make a raft) Other downside was that the trees were 100% pine, and as you know pine is good for fires but it has crooked week branches and small so actually was really hard to find stiff sticks to build something but we managed even though. So the days were hot like 35°C so onto making our primitive technology shed, no tools at all, not even a pocket knife no string, nothing.

So...laying the first stuff:

Now some roof. We put sticks and ontop long grass that grew everywhere, and then rocks and sticks on top (and it survived one hell of a storm)

The we laid some logs for sitting and some sticks for covering the sun on the morning:

We couldnt get out of the tent between 11 and 3 every day cause the sun made us sunburns that make one of us even have to go to a hospital after. We run out of sun screen the first day (really bad planification) so we do some primitive sunscreen: First we put our shirts as an arab, then tucked into the other shirt, and we got some charcoal left from our fire and scrap it all over our arms and legs, and over some mud it made a perfect sun screen and also the charcoal was water proof.

Then we made our kichen next and we made another room for it:

I didnt take a picture of the aftermath but we managed to make like an oven with the stones just laying them on top.
So after seeing that so easily we could stock up stones without falling we thought we could risk and do a wall out of it:

So it looks almost imposible to be rigid but actually it survived the storm, and also a couple of soccer shots we used the house for a goalie also. It seemed we put a lot of effort but actually was just 2 hours while we were playing cards at the same time, its fairly easy.

Then we found a bendable tree and gather some branches to make another wall just kniting like the primi guy did for his first hut:

This are my final photos, we run out of battery by then and was impossible to took any other pictures, but we manage to put a ceiling and walls on the kichen and but better benches on the house and put a grass carpet.

So actually we were there 6 days, we managed to do all of that in 4 with as much as... like 2 hours per day, we were a little bit demoralized by the fact that there werent all the good stuff the primi guy gets like awesome trees that gives you building materials, wood, cloth, girlfriend, and internet on the same tree. Also no clay at all.
