Yeah, Arrow is on a roll! This episode was so good, and we didn't even get to see suits or masks!

After several episodes in which we'd all but forgotten about Stanley, Oliver's Slabside friend-turned-psycho, the show brings him back in an episode that would not have been wrong for Halloween. Oh, the reveals we got!

First, I just want to say, I CALLED IT! I totally called it! Connor from episode 12 is Connor Hawke, Dig's 2nd son! What a reveal! That already set some bells ringing in my head like, why would Connor be working with Blackstar who might have killed Felicity? Was he being conned, or is he a bad guy now? Daddy issues, maybe? But then William reveals his identity to blackstar and her reaction definitely set the alarms off. She's the perfect height, and with the blonde hair... could she be...?
And guess what? She is!!! Oliver's and Felicity's daughter!!!

Okay, now the futrue is getting crazy, but that's almost nothing compared to the present where Dinah throat was just brutally slashed, Curtis is leaving, William's maternal grandparents show up, and Stanley shows up--the freaking psychopath! He almost murders Oliver and his entire family before Rene and Dig arrive, Curtis having taken Dinah to the hospital.

But about Dinah. Perhaps this episode just answered a very important question about her future self. Since the flash forwards begun, she has not used her canary cry, not even in times of dire need. Now, the doctor says she'll be okay but doesn't know about her voice. My guess is, she has lost the cry forever. Sorry, Dinah. Zoe is becoming more and more like the Zoe of the future, even taking lessons from Dinah. The flash forwards are not only beginning to make a lot more sense, they are getting pretty interesting!

Finally, and something not really related to this episode alone, I have to commend the showrunners for their impeccable casting. The present and future characters are so alike in look and carriage, you can't help but see the resemblance. And this applies for Felicity and her daughter also. Mia Smoak, aka Black Star is perfectly believable as a Smoak, as does Connor Hawke as a Diggle.
