Put The Blame On Me...!

in #life8 years ago

How often do we admit to take responsibility over situations? How often could you own up the blame just to make things right?

How sacrificial re you to people you lead, to people you have control over? Even when you weren't the course of the unpleasant situation, maybe you inherited it from past administration as a leader, what could you say or do to make it better or best? Should you rather point accusing finger to your predecessor for the downturn or rather find a way out?

These and many more countless questions fly through minds and ears. Very few leaders own up to do what's right even when situation says otherwise. I have seen so many leaders who spend their entire tenure adverting blames to past administration and ignorantly doing nothing. How could blame game help our development? It does more harm than good.

Families tour apart just because neither partner is ready to say sorry, everyone wants the glory nobody wants to bow and take the shame for a minute. Sorry becomes to big and heavy to alter. Man claims the head, woman seek equity. No one is ready to say i will no matter what.

In life we cannot always be perfect, we cannot always be equal, we cannot always be right, we cannot always be at the winning side, we cannot always be loved or hated...but One thing that's more adoring is to do the right thing no matter what. When we have power to change things lets be focused and get it done. The previous occupant may have gotten it wrong, we must not all toll the same part. You can become the messiah of that circumstance. It's All about who you want to become. Is good to do good than floored with evil people. Stay bless in your endeavour.
