HOW I MADE WHITE BEANS WITH RED OIL ALONG WITH GARRI

I damn sure you are having a great day wherever you are but for me here it has not been easy considering the fact that I am just recovering from illness. I have no strength, need to eat food that has carbohydrate or protein. Then i decided to cook beans or also considering the fact that it has been long I ate it. Making beans might take longer period not much stress.
INGREDIENDS USED
- White beans
- Maggie
- Onion
- Salt
- Red oil
- Grinded red pepper
COOKING PROCESS
- Put an empty clean pot on a cooking device with a lot water. After a while thoroughly wash the beans inside a clean water and pour inside the pour on cooking device
- After you have washed and pour on the cooking device. Pour your sliced onions and small salt. The reason for adding at early stage is to make the beans get soft fast and bring out good aroma.
- After that cover and leave for a while till the beans get soft.
- After you leave for a while, check back if it has gotten soft, if it has then add the recipes like grinded pepper, Maggie and red oil.
- After the recipes has been added, you cover and then leave for some time for the beans and recipes to steam together.
- The food is already steam and done to be served.
SERVED MEAL
- Here we usually eat beans with something like maybe bread or garri but me I always prefer garri. It depend on choice. And Moreso its not even advisable to eat beans alone because beans is gaseous, for easy digestion one had to eat it with something.
