Happy Sunday steemians....

Today is a great day for Christians even though we are in the 21st day of the January, for some we are still celebrating the new year!!

Well to be frank everyone has a reason to thank God around the world especially those in Nigeria as lots of lives and properties were lost... It got so bad that 1 in every 4 persons you meet would tell you they had lost something big either monetary or life!!

Well still on Thanksgiving today, the message delivered by our pastor was the art of giving.
After the sermon I got to know that giving of alms is present in almost all the religions in the world. It's always good to give and reap reward no wonder the Bible says "it is better to give than to receive"

Well another interesting aspect of today was getting to meet my high school friend(emediong), according to her she came home for the Christmas break and she would be heading off on Tuesday. We got talking, I got to know more of her after a long time. thank God she visited our church today

Still on our talks I had to pause and ask her about her Steemit username?? Which She said she isn't on Steemit. Getting to know her reasons she said she is in law school currently and there are many workload for her to cover within the small time space. But definitely she would get an account when she is done with her exams(that would be in April).

Well they say "some have food but can't eat others can eat but have no food".... This is my "breakfast" lol as we are on new year's fast I couldn't waste any second after the closing prayer. I had to go for my jellof rice with fried rice, chicken and salad. Oh wait!! Have you tasted Nigerian jellof rice before?? Well Mark Zuckerberg and Thierry Henry would do justice to that.... IT'S UNIQUE TASTY AND YUMMY!!!
