失眠

這一段時間經常失眠,每天也要差不多早上七時才入睡,睡一兩小時便要起床工作。失眠的原因,無不是擔憂著香港的事務,縱使自己不在香港,但仍相當擔心。心情更是難以平靜。

幸好有 Steemit 這一個平台,可以讓我脫離一下現實世界,不被外間所困擾。要不然必定會滿肚子都是怒火。便很容易培養出仇恨的心。

現時有一個解決方法,便是開著我們自己製作的音樂搖籃曲,一邊聽,另一邊慢慢入睡。
