iPhone 7 Plus: running hot, hotter, melting
A Hoax Or Is It True?
Until today there is only one case known, but this one is very astonishing. An iPhone 7 Plus got extremly hot on its transport way that it melted.
In all smartphones there are battery packs included, which have a common dangerous property, they could get very hot and hurt the smartphone badly. Samsung do remember this issue by heart, as they had to draw back and replace about 2.5 million Galaxy Note 7 at last.
Yes there were some mockery, especially from Apple users, over Samsung, even there were only a small procentage of devices involved. But it seems that there are also similar issues arising these days with the newest iPhones. But there is only one known case until today.
Reddit user kroopthesnoop has got an iPhone 7 Plus which ran hot on its transport way and destroyed itself. No charging procedure was necessary, in contrast the Galaxy Note 7, which only burned by connecting an external charging source.
One user commented: "Fucking Apple, always stealing features from Samsung" --- lol
The Apple packaging is definitely very resistant as you can see. The smartphone was hurt much more than its box.
Is this a fake issue?
Is it just a competitor strike back?
Is it just a hoax at last?
