Ingredients:
Sparkling water.
Sugar.
Cognac.
Peach Liqueur.
Lemon.
Extra Dark Aged Rum.
Preparation:
In a glass with ice add 1oz of Rum, ½oz of cognac, ½oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice. ¼oz of peach liqueur and a teaspoon of sugar (powdered preferably). Refresh with a teaspoon of bar and finish adding 1oz of water perrier. Garnish with a lemon slice inside the drink.
