As I have previously published, I find myself in a social activity that takes part of my time, and I must stop interacting with my friends of steemit, to collaborate with those grandparents that life gave me in inheritance and which I accept with much love.

Because of this I get home and prepare myself a good salad dish for the quick, rich and easy to do, to resume my social activity with a lot of energy, so I share with you this recipe for peach salad with lettuce as I feel a great pleasure in combining flavors such as sweet and salty. Peach Salad.

Ingredients:

• A can of peaches in syrup.

• A fresh lettuce.

• Tomato to taste

• Onion

For the vinaigrette:

• Pepper

• Salt

• Apple vinegar

• Olive oil.

Preparation:

Cut the peaches in syrup, wash the lettuce very well and place it in the salad bowl as a nest, cut the tomatoes and onions to taste, put them together with the lettuce, creatively, as the colors play a very important role. Prepare the vinaigrette joining apple vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and dress our exquisite salad dish. It looks very attractive and its taste is exceptional on the palate.
