We have been planning this for ages and it took some time before I am able to gather everyone. @abgmie and his son @kymio came all the way from Ampang which is like 45 minutes drive to Klang to have this meal and I am touched by this gesture of goodwill. We have always regarded @abgmie as our senior that advises us on our conduct and sometimes when we need a good telling off. @abgmie in his usual self is usually too polite to give a good shelling so, he usually beats around the bush and sugar coat his words to send his message across but we get it nevertheless.

There was also BBQ chicken and BBQ duck. In terms of costs, lets speak in SBD. It didn't cost us an arm and a leg, it was 11 SBD going by today's rate. Could be easily covered by one of @sireh's post.

What didn't escape our conversation was the dip in Steem and SBD lately. It has been quite an heartache but nevertheless #steem-cartoon has seen worse days. There was a time when steem was only trading at $0.70 when I first started. Then there was the glory days in the month of December, 2017. That was the time when everyday felt like a funfair.

We we ride the tide. Like the saying goes,

'When the going gets tough, the tough goes for BBQ mutton'
