The third kiss delivery

Even to this day, in some parts of the United States, kissing is illegal. As an example, there is a very specific law regarding kissing that exists in Hartford, Connecticut. Here, it remains illegal for a woman to kiss her husband on a Sunday. Not sure, if she can kiss other men an d get away with it though.
