Legalized Marijuana in Indonesia, is it Possible?
My friend Teungku Jamaica wrote on the facebook.com page in his personal account. I like that broadcast, then I'm sharing it here. It was great.

..... [[In order to reduce the duties of the police, BNN and other law enforcement officers related to Narcotics, the Government needs to conduct a review of Law No. RI. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics and to be revised so that Marijuan is issued in the List of Narcotics Group I.
So that cannabis can be utilized for human life in various fields, ranging from health, cosmetics, food, medicine, textile industry, paper, housing, furniture, automotive and others.
During this time, because of RI Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics includes cannabis into the List of Narcotics Group I, so that Cannabis become a forbidden plant that should not be planted, maintained, owned, stored or provided. This is the main problem.
When Ganja has been legally considered a Narcotics, it has become something of a "Haram and Illegal" thing, whereas it is nothing but unclean holy tree, just like any other plant.]]
There are several countries legalizing marijuana, but not yet in Indonesia, and Aceh is mentioned the most fertile place to grow marijuana in this archipelagic country.
