Recipe pastry cream
The pastry cream is prepared by putting the egg yolks in the casserole with the sugar and the flour and mixing by adding milk as far as possible to obtain a smooth cream without lumps. Here are the steps for the custard recipe.
Ingredients: 
500ml milk
100g sugar
4 eggs York
50g corn flour
Preparescion:
Step 1
Take the milk and put it in a pot, put it in a slow heat and heat it without boiling it.
Step 2
Mix sugar well with egg yolks Add it to sieve corn flour and mix well.
Step 3
When the milk is hot, add the sugar egg and corn flour mixture and mix well. Let it thicken when it is ready to pour into a tray and let it cool down.
Tips
If you want to perfume your cream you can incorporate lemon peel into the milk then take off or liqueurs before the cream gets cold. Good appetite
