Mozzarella in carrozza
The mozzarella in carrozza is a classic Neapolitan recipe. In the neighborhoods of Naples it is easy to find and eat hot along with the other fried typical parthenopsis. The original Neapolitan recipe of the carrot mozzarella provides that it is fried, but to make the dish lighter you can prepare a carrot in a carriage in the oven.
Ingridients:
8 slices of pancreas
250 gr of mozzarella
2 eggs
flour
breadcrumbs
1 pinch of salt
peanut oil to fry
2 slide ham
Rucola for decorescion
Preparecion:

Cut the bread .

Cut mozzarella
Put the mozzarella in the middle of the bread and press a little to attack theam.

pass the mozzarella first into the flour then into the eggs and the crumb. Repeat twice.

Fry the mozzarella until they are gold.
Serve with tomato sauce and decorated with rocket and ham. vuoilà. # enjoy your meal
