RECIPE - "Textured soybean stew and rice"
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 crushed tomatoes
- Rice
- Textured soybean
- Chop all the vegetables and put them in a casserole with a little oil and let them cook for 10 minutes.
- If we see that it sticks we can add a little water, the ideal is to cook over low heat - medium.
- Then add more water and a good handful of rice and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- After this time we add the textured soya and if necessary a little more water and let it cook 15 minutes more. And ready! to enjoy this delicious dish.
