RECIPE - "Homemade chocolate cookies"
- 100 g raw and peeled almonds
- 100 g coconut sugar
- 20 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 ml cashew cream
- 120gr dark chocolate to melt
- In a saucepan put the cashew cream and the coconut sugar over medium heat until it starts to boil, moving it from time to time.
- Once it has boiled, remove it from the heat and add the chopped almond and the flour, until the mixture is homogeneous.
- In the baking tray we put baking paper and we are putting piles, I did it in two batches. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180º.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and spread the biscuits on one side and let them cool.
- Leave to cool completely in the fridge and ready to enjoy!
