RECIPE - "Fake vegan coleslaw spaghetti"
- A piece of cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- Fine textured soybeans
- 1 jar of tomato concentrate (or crushed natural tomato)
- Nutritional yeast
- Put oil in a saucepan and add a handful of fine textured soybeans (more or less a glass) and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Then add all the finely chopped vegetables, it is important to cut the cabbage very thin so that they look like spaghetti.
- Add salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika and add 2 glasses of water, cover and let cook for 10 minutes.
- Then the water must have been absorbed, otherwise let it cook a little more without the lid, and add the tomato, move the mixture well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Finally put everything in a bowl and sprinkle generously with nutritional yeast on top, let it rest for 2 minutes and let it eat!
