RECIPE - Chickpeas with Tikka masala
- First we cut to the cut we like: onion, pepper and carrot.
- Then we go with the chards that we will make it in a separate saucepan with boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes and then we will strain it and reserve it.
- In a frying pan put the vegetables to cook for 5 minutes and then add the chards and cook 5 minutes more.
- We add the chickpeas to the frying pan, and then the tikka masala sauce, if you want you can use tomato sauce or cream, the sauce that you want.
- Cover and let cook 7 minutes more approximately and ready!
