RECIPE - "Black rice with seafood"
- We put the rice to cook according to the instructions of the package, in my case it was 50 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan we put the mussels so that they open.
- In the same water of the mussels we add a little more water and cook the prawns.
- In the frying pan where we are going to make the rice we put the prawns with a little salt and we leave it 2 minutes for a side and 1 minute for the other side and we reserved.
- Add the squid to the frying pan and cook over a high heat for 2 minutes.
- Then add the onion and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the prawns and mussels all peeled and cook 5 minutes more.
- Once the rice is ready we add it in the frying pan, and we put the prawns, we extinguish the fire and we cover the frying pan and we let it rest 5 minutes.
