RECIPE - "Acai ice cream and chocolate Ruby"

Hey, everybody. How are you? This time I bought some molds to make ice cream, the coverage has been regular, it's the first time I make them, but taste was great. I'll show you the recipe anyway.

INGREDIENTS For the filling

Half avocado
2 dates
2 tablespoons acai
200 ml coconut milk

For coverage

100gr of chocolate ruby
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Put the ingredients of the stuffing in the mixer and beat until it is a homogeneous mixture.
Stuff the ice cream moulds, I bought them in amazon.
For the cover we melt the chocolate and the oil to the bain-marie, then with care that they do not melt, we bathe the ice creams in the cover and put on baking paper in the freezer for 5 minutes.
