RECETA - "Garbanzos al Tikka masala"
- Garbanzos
- Cebolla
- Zanahoria
- Pimiento
- Acelgas
- Salsa tikka masala
- Primero cortamos al corte que más nos guste: la cebolla, el pimiento y la zanahoria.
- Luego vamos con las acelgas que la haremos en un cazo aparte con agua con sal hirviendo durante 5-10 minutos y luego la colaremos y reservaremos.
- En una sartén ponemos las verduras para que se vayan cocinando durante 5 minutos y luego añadiremos las acelgas y cocinaremos 5 minutos más.
- Añadimos los garbanzos a la sartén, y luego la salsa tikka masala, si quieres puedes usar salsa de tomate o nata, la salsa que más te apetezca.
- Tapamos y dejamos cocinar 7 minutos más aproximadamente y ¡listo!
