Heat the water over a low heat, then add the sugar, stirring until well dissolved. Peel the mangoes, roughly, into a wide bowl. Add sugar water, and alcohol. The drink should macerate between 15 and 30 days. Then the result must pass through a colander and then be bottled, cooled and fit for a toast.
