Brazil defeated Mexico to progress to the quarterfinals thanks to goals from Neymar and substitute, Firmino.

Tite's men haven't been in their best form yet in the ongoing 2018 world cup but were able to secure a win against a team with good defensive record.

Neymar was on the spotlight throughout the period, even for 'acting up' yet again.

Neymar made it 1-0 in the 51st minuute and substitute Firmino added another late on in the 88th minute.

Brazil will play either Belgium or Japan in the quarter final.
