Summer, see you again next year!
What a summer!
I can't speak for everyone, but sure for the Belgians when I say we had an amazing summer. For over 10 weeks we had magnificent weather. Very little thunderstorms, high temperatures and an overdose of sunshine. There is only one downside to this kind of summer... It's very hard to let go.
I am having a very hard time to accept that summer has gone, and winter is at our doorstep. I know, that's the circle of the seasons. But what a summer it was to say goodbye to. I am sure that in 20 years time we will still be talking about the summer of '18. It will be a benchmark for a long time... Or maybe 2019 is even better, who knows?
I give you this flower as a token of my respect, mister Summer! Thank you for the great memories.

Indeed it was a beautiful summer, now that it is getting colder, it is a whole change
It sucks, be we can't do a thing about it...
I guess every season has it's upsides, but none of them has it like summer has!
