Elbow fun by some Welsh fans and the referee of the game

The South-African referee of the quarter final in the Rugby World Championship between Wales and France, Jaco Peyper, took a picture after the game with some Welsh fans where they imitated the disgusting elbow Sébastien Vahaamahina planted into the face of a Welsh player during the game.
One can say that is maybe not smart by the referee to let this picture taken. But did the referee plant his elbow in someone's face during a game? I don't think so. Did he not exclude the player in question from the game? I don't think so. The referee did his job perfectly during the game. That's about all we can expect from referees I think.

So he has a little fun with some Welsh fans, that's no problem. It's not like he made the game twist in another direction. The only person responsible for that is Sébastien Vahaamahina. He did his dreadful act when the were leading 10-19, and due to his red card, the game shifted into another direction. And eventually Wales won, deservedly. So please, let us leave this referee alone, the are only human. And they can have some fun sometimes, to many people's surprise. They even eat, and sometimes even drink too. I have even heard some of them sleep too. They even take a shit from time to time. Astonishing, I know, who would have thought...
