Jan Frodeno wins Ironman Hawaii for the 3rd time!

3,8 kilometers of swimming in the Pacific Ocean, cycling 180 kilometers through the sizzling hot volcanic landscapes of Kona, to finish with a marathon. Do that all in less than 8 hours and you get a chance to beat Jan Frodeno. Because he won for the third time last night in a track record of 7 hours 51 minutes and 13 seconds!

At he age of 38 he won his third Ironman Hawaii, astonishing! The ultimate athlete, imho. Actually all participants of this race fall into that category.
