That's the word to use in this case. From both sides. Juventus has confidence in the incredible goalkeeper Buffon was and still is, even at 41 years of age. And Buffon has confidence in Juve, that they will treat him with respect.

That's something that is very rare in football these days, love for the club. Buffon is Juve and Juve is Buffon... And I am no fan of Juventus, but this I respect immensely. It's like how Steven Gerrard played at Liverpool FC all of his carreer, except for a few years in the MLS after his carreer in Europe. He never wanted to leave for another British or European club. Because he loved Liverpool too much. That is just magnificent, when the love for the club and especially the supporters is bigger than the urge for (more) money!

Finally, Buffon will be in the same team with the Goat CR7. If Juventus should complete the signing of Ajax starlet De Ligt, then they will surely be a team to beat next season considering how lethal they are going to be in defense, with the likes of Chielini, Bonnuci and Rugani.
They should have won the Champions league this year they blew it, wont do it this season other teams will be stronger
