Un día como hoy, en 1789, la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente de Francia, que se había reunido con el compromiso de dotar al país de una constitución, aprobó el último artículo de la "Declaración de los Derechos del Hombre y del Ciudadano". Este es un documento icónico y clave en el desarrollo de la Revolución Francesa, siendo además uno de los antecedentes directos de la Declaración de Derechos Humanos que conocemos hoy en dia
Interesante efemérides para este día, 531 del conteo de días desde el inicio de la cuarentena en Venezuela por la pandemia de Covid19. Y cruel mente lo encuentro interesante por el contraste que noto con las noticias de actualidad sobre la situación en Afganistán y la manera en que parte de la población trata desesperadamente de escapar del nuevo gobierno taliban que se instauró gracias a la debilidad y corrupción del gobierno existente y elegido en votaciones, pero que de verdad que deja mucho que desear este resultado. Dudo que los fanáticos respeten derechos humanos, pues de entrada los someterían primero a sus interpretaciones teocráticas extremistas, así que pueden olvidarse de tener cualquier derecho humano en tales circunstancias.
Por cierto, no tiene mucho que ver con lo internacional, pero es algo nacional y me es cercano, sucede que anoche tembló en el occidente del país, pero en serio no me enteré de ello hasta que me lo dijo mi hermano porque estaba leyendo noticias anoche, conté con la suerte de que por mi casa no se sintieron ninguno de sus efectos. ¿Qué mas puedo decir? Bueno, estoy bien y voy a salir en breve a comprar algunas hortalizas, creo que a pesar de la reciente lluvia ligera el día promete ser bueno y aún tengo servicio eléctrico, eso es todo un lujo en estas circunstancias :) Espero que estés bien y nos podamos leer luego.
