Bankrupted Farm

I sited my pig farm on a five hectare hectare land on lease from a friend whom I had payed (ten years up front). The farm began operation some 2 years back and have been making progress. When I occupied tge space, it was a forest of some sort but after the perimeters were fenced it began to have a shape.[image source](from my Facebook timeline)
I have grown to love this farm so much that my whole life is sorrounded by activities happening in there. Suddenly, from the blues the government came and issued a quit notice from that land promulgating that the land is under acquisition. And I have used just 2 years from a total if ten years. Right now, I don't know how to begin. There are lot of facilities in place here. Would I have to demolish them when am yet to count any profit on the farm?

°Unavailability of processing industries
°Unavailabilty of quality water
