Making my local diet food called white food.

Hello beautiful women and happy weekend. Weekend is a beautiful time to spend with family and staying together with family you can not separate food and family. Sunday is always a family day, so I decided to cook white soup, a local diet soup common to the igbo tribe in Nigeria, so that we can all eat it tomorrow Sunday. See how I cook it below.

List of ingredients

• goat meat

• offal

• seasonings

• cocoyam powder

• oziza leaves

• grounded pepper

• crayfish

Cooking procedure

• seasoning the meat and boil till very tender

• add the cocoyam powder and grounded pepper, allows to boil till it all dissolves

• get the oziza leaves ready and add it to the soap, allow to cook for one minute and the soup is ready.

The food is very easy to make and fast as well, when I have no idea of what to cook, white soup is definitely a go to especially on a lazy day.

White soup is perceive to be a rich man food in my country because the soup is cooked with lots of meat, the beauty of the soup is the protein in the soup but I believe it's just the mindset of the people and everyone can cook the soup. White soup can be taken alone or with rice, swallow, cassava flour and any other thing you feel comfortable with it. This soup is specially made for nursing mothers, so they can take it very hot, as it helps with cleansing of the stomach after birth, though some other local medicine will be added to the soup and not cooked plain like I did.
