What do you think of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT?
It is very important that everyone is a winner, especially on the Steemit platform, sometimes if everyone is a winner then life on the Steemit platform would definitely be boring, I am saying this because if everyone is a winner then people would be more relaxed and no one would want to work hard.
But as it is right now everyone is working hard day and night just to achieve his or her goals, they are willing to skip many work activities just to stay focused on Steemit and to see that they become a winner too.
Is the idea of everyone winning on STEEMIT fair and exciting to you?
Oh yes, the news of everyone winning on the Steemit platform is indeed fair and exciting to me and I am sure that not only me but many other people would be excited to know everyone is a winner on the Steemit platform.
But there is also one problem oo, just like I said earlier if everyone is a winner then that means we all get the same score despite all the efforts that one has put into the work, some people are more hard-working than others so that is why I am saying this, there are people who are not ready to work hard and do not put much effort on what they are doing.
How does the concept of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT affect user motivation?
I do not have much issue with everyone being a winner on the Steemit platform, but just like before some people would be relaxed and not want to put much effort on what they are doing on Steemit.
But if everyone is a winner then I do not mind, the problem there is that there would be no more consistency from everyone on the Steemit, for example, if someone has the passion to write or work on or even devoted to online stuff, then after seeing that he or she is not getting the reward as it is supposed to be then there will definitely be a problem.
This is because the person would start losing interest in staying motivated, just like me, sometimes I would spend a long time to write, and I would put a lot of effort into it and after everything, I would not even get support and sometimes I would feel sad and frustrated,
it feels like everyone is supporting only the people that they know, well maybe if everyone is a winner then I guess it would be nice. that is all I can say for now concerning everyone being a winner on the Steemit
Any challenges with everyone being a winner on STEEMIT?
If everyone is made a winner on the Steemit platform that can slant their perception and they will become less resilient when they are being faced with challenges.
Another one is the lack of motivation, just like I have said earlier if everyone is made a winner on the Steemit platform, then they would not put much effort into their work.
If everyone is a winner on Steemit, then those who put some effort into their work would not be recognized.
What content would you create on STEEMIT to be a winner?
On Steemit there are many different content that can be created but to be a winner a person needs to stay true to these few keys, first is to always choose quality over quantity, which means you need to make sure that your post is of quality and not quantity.
Being honest in your content is another way of being a winner, telling stories is a great way to make your content engaging and memorable. Another key is being consistent by making content regularly.
