Michelin Star Roast Goose
When in Hong Kong, one of the dishes that is a must try is the roast goose. Uniquely Hong Kong, wanted to have a taste of the best roast goose and found that Kam Roast Goose in Wan Chai is apparently one of the best.
And it was awarded Michelin star, reached the store at about 7:30pm and was told that no more dining in, only take away. Was disappointed as take away means we have to bring it back to the hotel which is about 15 mins train ride and that will also means having the roast goose cold. I decided to try my luck and told the waiter that I don't matter waiting as long as I can get a table to dining in, he relented but on a condition that I ordered half a goose which I said 'Ok' as there were 2 of us.
When the dish arrived, it was worth the wait in the cold weather; the goose was tender and juicy with a nice orange fragrant to it. Will I go back to eat the goose if I am in Hong Kong; the answer is 'Yes'

Never had goose before. Maybe I'll try it when I travel. It's also conflicting as I'm going in and out of being vegan. XD
Voted and resteemed.
@omnithumbs, I was skeptical at first when I was introduced to roast goose as I was think how tasty can that be and the meat should be rubbery. I was wrong, it was nothing like I thought. Thank you for reading
