Thriving through the stress 14/01/2022
Good morning steem cameroon
Hope yall are doing well
Ive been under alot of pressure preparing for CA's and exams and today was especiallly hard because the previois day i had survived from a 6hr maths class.
So i went to school by 8am and then by 10:30am we were writing the 1st CA and the next followed and we were done by 1 am
How i relieve myself from stress
I play my bass making sure every note makes sense. So i took a challenge and as expected it went well after posting on my IG

I guess the stress relief was well and I came back home rested and later got up to study
