Will Steemit new update fix hacks?

hey i was reading CEO note today

it was not much big attack but it was not at all small by d way hackers stole 85K around USD from steam wallets and steemit universe.
i think they will repay and fix loss of people who were affected by hack they have taken good steps against hackers and investigating with cybercrime laws and FBI
i hope they will find proper way out from this for now they have suspended all transactions from "Bittrex" and hoping they will resume it soon
