HOW I OVERCAME OCD
OCD is something I've battled with in the past. I did not tell many people as I found it really embarrassing.
I wanted to talk openly about it here and tell you how I've taken control of this disorder, without paying some physiologist to stuff me full of pills.
I'm still OCD today, but I'm OCD about stuff that matters. I would say riding my bike, even if only for a km every day, is something I'm OCD about.
Spreading the vegan message is another thing, whether this is with a shirt, on Instagram, Strava or wherever. I can't even ride my bike up a hill fast anymore unless I'm repping the vegan kit haha.

How did you overcome it though? Did you have a serious diagnosis from a neurologist or psychiatrist ?
