Garmin Forerunner 10 Running Watch Review

I've had this Garmin Running watch for about 3 years now. It is the basic entry level GPS running watch, which should cost you around $100 new if I'm not mistaken.

Overall I am very happy as this watch did exactly what I expected it to do.

There is one thing I would look out for when buying a new running watch though and that the ability to pick up cadence. Running high cadence is a very important aspect of proper running form. If I want to check my cadence I would count how many times my one foot strikes the ground in 15 seconds, 22-23 times is ideal (not 21 like I said in the video).

Obviously having a watch which tells you your cadence per minute at all times would be much more effective.
