Do you want the kingdom of heaven?

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 5:3

Inspiration:
The humble in spirit know that he totally depends on God, and that he doesn't need to do anything to exalt himself before the Lord. He accepts his limitations and understands that he needs God to forgive his failures. The humble also doesn't need to be recognized in front of people. That's why he doesn't try to be better than anyone else. That's why he can relate better. Who likes to be next to an arrogant person? Blessed means to be more than happy. Jesus taught these things to find happiness and rest for our souls.

Prayer:
Dear Father, I want to be humble in spirit so that I can relate well to you and be able to relate better to the people around me. I want to understand that I don't need to do anything to exalt myself before the Lord and to be recognized by people. I want to cast off all anxiety and stress, and learn from Jesus, who is meek and humble of heart. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
