he rights of the individual are very important for the human rights of the individual such as the religion and the right to follow one's conscience so no one can derive that right.I agree like @mrday outline.

for me, rights for all individuals are important , but individual rights are very important as individual makes collective groups

I think the rights of the individual are more important and very basic because as the root of all interests,Collective rights are a right derived from individual rights, so that collective interests are also included in human rights. In this concept, group rights are considered automatically protected when individual rights are protected. According to the classical theory, only the rights possessed by individual human beings can be called human rights. The entity possessed by an entity, although it may be very necessary, is acceptable and even enforced. Such rights are not human rights, even if they are deemed to be derived from a collectivity, such as a state, a minority, those rights are still seen as inherent in the individual members of their members.

well to see as a personal opinion only then it will matter but we live in a society so collective rights are more on the edge
