Continue from...(Sometime We Miss Them....)

As I said every time we face with new problem at home during early state. I become depress and always frustrated for everything. Every of my family members try to comfort me but in my heart I am worrying for my future because I am not able person anymore and I cannot fulfill my responsibility as father and husband.

We need to engage with home nursing founding for changing catheter. We tried to use good catheter which is last about one and half month. But my urine was always have heavy sediment and getting block my catheter every next week after I changed new catheter. When it happened we scare to change ourselves. So we called home nursing foundation for changing catheter.

They cannot attend us because of full schedule for area in charge nurse. We need to rush to hospital for changing catheter. At the time I still cannot sit on my wheelchair because I am still very weak and not strong enough for balance myself. So we always need to call ambulance for my transport. Which is very expensive for such a very short trip.

One day I suffer again from Autonomic dysreflexia (AD) for few hours and I request to remove my indwelling catheter. Because it is better for us to remove away and let it leak from our penis, so that urine can flow and the pressure will reduce for patient like me. And we tried to change urine catheter by ourselves so that I can feel better.

Unfortunately in my bladder urine was still full and my prostate muscle was hold up my urine and we cannot inset new catheter so they try to force to push it in still it was not success and bleeding like peeing urine. We don’t have any more choice and need to call emergency and rush to hospital.

Another coincident was it was happened on Sunday, so no urologic at hospital and I need to wait for emergency on call doctor. He was doing his exercise and he left his phone and delay for few hours. I was suffering with Autonomic dysreflexia (AD) and when he arrive to me he straight away prepare to do surgery to release my urine.

On the sport he did surgery and successfully done. After I release my urine, I become feeling better and comfortable. Luckily doctor discharge me from hospital and I can come back home. I was so happy that I no need to stay at hospital again. Actually I am sick of hospital for staying about one year. And also I want to stay together with my two months old son.
