Haha I understand this! It is so exciting, but I think sometimes we need to disconnect for a while - if only to sleep well. You cannot make good investment decisions if you're exhausted!
I fully agree! And emotional as well. When I'm emotional I don't even look at blockfolio. I might make a sudden move and regret it forever.
Of course! Like with most problems, the best thing to do is relax, try to disconnect, sleep well and the next day you'll be ready to take the correct, rational decision! I live in Spain and they say here that you should "talk to the pillow" - it's a nice idiom.
