Introduction
Hello fellow steemians, I am super excited because I am able to join the #club5050 power up this morning after having good time in the shop yesterday with baby Kosi.
It's been a while I went to the shop so after making all the meals at home yesterday morning, I decided to go to the shop especially now that is "Ember month" where a lot of customers bring clothes for different festivities in these months of the year.
Getting there, baby Kosisochukwu was so happy seeing me and wouldn't leave my side and I had no option than strapping him with a wrapper on my back while sewing. (It was hectic I must say).
My friend and I later went into the market to get some tailoring materials for our work which took us almost the whole Afternoon due to the price hike of goods and we had to bargain the prices but finally we went back to the shop (her house). Sorry I couldn't snap because we had light outage in the shop and my phone was down.
By evening, I got back home, warmed up the remaining foods, took my bath, did few things online and retired to bed.
By this morning, I woke up in a happy mood which prompted me to power up my account but I was contemplating due to the amount I have in my wallet.
So I was still at the process when I got a message from the telegram group about powering up and I smiled because I felt it has confirmed my mood.
This was my wallet before the powering up process.
I was having 12.757 steem and 1.481 sbd I'm my wallet.
So I went into the market and sold my 1.481 sbd to 17.362 steem.
Adding 12.757 + 17.362 = 30.119 steem
And I went into the process of powering up my account with 30 steem.
Conclusion
I feel fulfilled after powering up because this is the first time I'm powering up with the whole steem in my wallet at a go and I feel I did the right thing.
I am going to encourage all my friends to also power up.

Glad to see that you are passionate about the #club5050 it is indeed a good project that will encourage power up among steemians.
Definitely,the price of materials and almost every other goods is above the ceiling.We hope things will get better in the coming days.Yeah,ember months are festive periods and so a lot of persons wants to sew new clothes especially ladies 😀.
