THE DAIRY GAME: SANTUARY DEPARTMENT: 10%PAY OUT TO @STEEMALIVE #CLUB5050

INTRODUCTION

Hi and good day wonderful steemians. It's been a while since I last did my dairy game. We had our first rain here in makurdi and it affected my light. My name is Otis patience and welcome to my blog. My today's dairy game will be about our Saturday cleanups in church.

Cleaning is one of the most important duty aside preaching the gospel. You can't teach in a dirty and stinking environment. As part of the church santuary department A.K.A temple steward it's our duty that church is clean for every functions we have in church.

Our cleaning days are majorly Saturdays and Tuesdays. Saturdays cleanup is for Sunday service while Tuesday clean up is for our mid-week service that day.

SATURDAY MORNING

It was a beautiful morning. I actually woke up with this happiness in my heart. Last night I wasn't very happy before sleeping. I was missing my family and loved ones. A lot of things happened that was actually disheartening but I know I just have to stay strong and trust God that I will be fine.

And this morning I woke up with this joy feeling like all my worries are gone. I got up and I felt the need to pray. After praying I played some Hillsong music and meditated for some time. After the meditation I decided to get ready for church today since it's Saturday and that was our cleanup day for Sunday service.

Firstly I decided to cook rice because I will be coming back home late. I cooked rice and packaged it for my younger sister. I took my bath brushed my teeth and got dressed. I left my house by 9:15am but clean up starts by 10am. I picked a bike and went straight to church. My members where not around just choir they were having rehearsal. I quickly arranged the place where we normally have our foundation class called School of Glory.

THE CLEANUP

Few minutes pass 10am one of my guys came around and we started clean up immediately.

Firstly we stack the chairs together and put them aside. Then we move to the pastor's and guest ministers sit and placed them aside.

•We move to arranging all the equipment we got the local brooms, long brooms, detergent, bucket and water, mops and rag, room freshener and aroma diffuser. After getting all this things in place we went further by starting the cleanup.

•We move to sweeping the church, we swept both the stage, the media room, technical room, the instrumentalists section.

•We started mopping. We cleaned every section and unit of the church.

•We arranged the chairs inside the church and cleaned outside the church.

•We mopped and water the flowers.

•Lastly we washed the bathrooms and toilet. Fetched water and sprayed air freshener.

CONCLUSION

This is basically how I spend my Saturdays. I leave home in the morning and come back at night. Most people say it's stressful but I see as fulfilling purpose.
