Friends, you all are very welcome to my post today. I hope all of you will be healthy and happy in life. Right now the summer season is going on and it is very hot, hence many people fall ill in this summer season. No one likes to go out in this summer season. I have seen that many people do not like to live in this extreme heat at all. Today I am sharing with you my post about my daily routine and my health. I liked this competition. I would like to thank @aliarubab for organizing this beautiful competition. I am also grateful to this community because of which I have got the opportunity to tell you all about my health today.
Today I woke up at 6 in the morning. I have a habit of getting up early in the morning every day, so I get up early in the morning. After getting up, I brushed my teeth, washed my face, and took a bath. It feels very good to take a bath with cold water in the summer season. After taking a bath, the first thing I have to do daily is to add two spoons of powder to a glass and drink it without eating anything. So I took milk in a glass, added two spoons of powder, mixed the powder well, and drank it.
After that, I had to take medicine before having breakfast. I took the medicine and then prepared poha for breakfast. When the poha was ready, I had breakfast. After breakfast, I cleaned my room and the house. After that, I put the clothes in the washing machine and cleaned the utensils. After finishing all the household work, I rested for a while. Due to pregnancy, I am not able to work much. I feel very tired so I took a rest after work.
I rested for a while and then got up. After waking up and freshening up, I went to the kitchen and prepared lunch. Today my husband had to go to the hospital in the afternoon, so I quickly prepared lunch for him. I made dal and rice for lunch today. After lunch was ready, I prepared onion and raw mango salad. After that, my husband and I had lunch together. After lunch, he went to the hospital and I got busy with my household work.
I also have to take medicine an hour after lunch. I took the medicine an hour after lunch. After taking the medicine, I washed the utensils. I was not able to do my work on the computer for many days. But today I gathered courage and started working on the computer. I saw everyone's posts today and I was very happy to see everyone progressing on this platform.
When I woke up after finishing my work on the computer, I was having pain in my legs and back. Due to sitting mostly on a chair, my feet had become swollen. Therefore, the pain in my feet was increasing. I massaged my feet with coconut oil and rested for some time. I felt good on my feet after applying coconut oil. After that, I completed the rest of the household work.
