  • Friends, I heartily welcome all of you in this post of mine today. I hope all of you are fine and safe. And must be enjoying their life. Now the month of Ramadan is going on. That's why friends spend the whole day working. That's why I don't even spend much time with my community friends. Today I thought to share my today's post with all the members of my Hind Whale. I hope you like my post today.

  • Today friends woke up at 4 in the morning. Because today I had to fast too. That's why the time for fasting in the morning starts at 4 o'clock. I got up and brushed my teeth, washed my face, and then took a bath. After taking bath, I went to the kitchen and prepared food for all the members. Then I got everyone up to keep the fast. Everyone sat together and ate food. Then when it was time for Namaz, I fell asleep for a while after offering Namaz.
  • Friends, now in Ramzan we keep on making one or the other new things. So today I finished all the household chores and made keema samosas in the afternoon. Whose recipe I am sharing with you today. I hope you like my Keema Samosa recipe.

  • To make keema samosas, we will first prepare the keema. For this, we have to wash the keema properly with water. Then we have to put the minced meat in a pan and put some salt and turmeric in it. As far as the water in the minced meat. We have to let the keema cook in a pan on low flame until it comes out.

  • To put in the minced meat, we will take onion, which we will chop finely. There is also water in cutting onions. The onion which we cannot put in minced meat just like that. That's why we will take a clean cloth to remove the water from the onion. We will put the onion and squeeze it to remove all the water from the onion.

  • Now we will add onion chopped in mincemeat. Then we will add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, vegetable spice, and black pepper powder to it.   • Now our keema is ready which we will use to make samosa. We will taste the keema to know what is missing. I felt a little less salt here, so I again put some salt in the minced meat. We will keep the keema covered in a vessel.

  • Now we will prepare the samosa strips for making samosas. To make samosa Patti, I have taken a packet of all-purpose flour here. We will add oil, a little salt, and water to the flour and knead the flour well. Then we will make balls.

  • We will use the strip to make samosas. Then we will take flour in a bowl and make a rhythm by adding water to it. Which we will use to paste the samosa strips. With this method, the minced meat will not come out of the samosa. With this layer, the strips of samosas stick.

  • Now our samosas are ready. Now we will put oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, we will put the prepared samosas in the oil. We will let the samosas get fried. When the samosas start to look a little golden, we will take them out.

  • Our keema samosas are ready now. Chicken Keema Samosa is a famous Indian dish. Which is fried continuously in oil. Chicken mince and aromatic spices are used to make samosas. People of all age groups like to eat this snack.
