Do not know what it actually is, but dad gave it to me. He is old, healthy, and happy most of the time. I just take the vitamins he tells me to. I try new ones and take suplements that work. This stuff seems good after a week of taking it.
It's good, it's the precursor to serotonin. It also helps you sleep but it makes it super hard to wake up in the morning if I take it before bed so I take it with my morning supplements.
