Dear Dominium Community,

Wow, what a day we have had!

We want to start by apologising for the confusion with the reservation / order / translation / email system and of course the slowness of the platform and occasional SQL crashes.

We know it was kind of crazy to go ahead with the pre-ITO sale despite the crypto markets crashing hard. It is also a National holiday in India today and tomorrow so our development support was a bit thin on the ground, but we assumed the oversubscription would do its job. Little did we know that many of you were waiting for payment instructions, so obviously our communication was not clear enough!

We changed the system a few weeks ago when the pre-ITO became oversubscribed as people ended up making reservations at the next ITO price stage of €0.10 per DOM. As a result, we had to disconnect the reservations system from the order system which meant that everyone had to login again and actually process the order today, and we could not send out payment instructions.

For those of you who did not fully understand this, you can still purchase DOM at the pre-ITO price before 12:00 CET tomorrow, when the public sale goes live by following these steps:

Log in to your account on Dominium
Click on "BUY DOM NOW" in the Dashboard
Complete your order
Send the payment confirmation to [email protected]
We would like to thank everyone for their support and of course DOM token orders and we will soon confirm the transfer of all Max Property Group's assets into Dominium B.V., as detailed in our roadmap.
