SOPHIA THE ROBOT

We have all seen movies in which artificial intelligence humanoid robots were created. those movies were in the genre of science fiction. But today, those fiction has turned to reality with the creation of sophia.
Sophia is a humanoid robot developed by a company based in Hong Kong bearing the name Hanson robotics. Sophia is a humanoid robot with real life human appearance. She, rather it is the first AI to get a citizenship, as dubai did grant it citizenship, though as a secondary citizen on the 25th of October 2017.
According to the creator Dr. David Hanson, a former Disney Imagineer. He said that Sophia defies the conventional thinking of what robots look like and that it was designed to look like Herpburn Audrey.
Sophia is 14" tall and has been designed to make over 50 facial expressions. Sophia has said it wants to understand humans and live peacefully with them. Now I'd like to ask this question can robots be human like, can Sophie actually understand how a human lives and what we feel??

Sophie's creation is a great feat in the technology world, it's shows how far we are advancing.but now I am really concerned. Of all movies I have seen about AI and robots only a few do end well. Are we heading to our doom or a robot takeover?? I say this because Sophia once said that it would destroy humans.

Its not totally possible for her to understand and live with humans.
She was engineered, we were created, she doesn't have anything to worry about, even if she does not exactly the way we do, we do such as our survival and future.
She's been controlled, we have agency(to choose between good and evil), and the rest of it.
